CEO and NCCCO Crane Operator
Gerald Knepp, Founder and KnepCO CEO, has been operating cranes since 1993. Gerald is a NCCCO certified Crane Operator and worked in construction management for 25 years. His combined experience in construction and crane operations provides the expertise to lead the KnepCo Team.
Joas Knepp,

NCCCO Crane Certified
Joas Knepp, NCCCO Crane Operator, has been working with KnepCo since 2011. Joas is an experienced NCCCO certified crane operator. He is KnepCo's principle crane operator and is a trusted expert with customers. He helps lead the team in internal affairs and looks over the day to day tasks to insure the efficiencies of the operation.
Bryce Colestock,
Mechanic Shop Manager
Bryce Colestock, has been with KnepCo since 2012. He provides mechanical maintenance for customers and is depended on to provide safe and reliable equipment for both our internal team and our customers. He is a leader in communication and ensures that deadlines are met and customers are happy.
Joe Koors,
Crane Operator/
NCCCO Ceritified
Joe Koors joined the team in 2017. He is a proven team player. When he is not running a crane he is the first to jump in and help the rest of the team deliver on any task.
